
We will work together to plan a way forward for you. Therapy is not ‘done to you’; rather we will co-construct a plan after our initial session, which may result in weekly or fortnightly meetings, or in a set pattern of ‘single’ sessions. Regular weekly or fortnightly sessions are 50 minutes in length and ‘single’ sessions are 90 minutes long.
I am just an email, a message, or a phone call away, and will respond to you as quickly as I can. If after an initial conversation we feel I am not the right person to help you I will signpost you to someone who I think might be able to do that. And, if we do choose to work together, we have options to accommodate busy lives, remote locations, disabilities, schedules that require flexibility with appointment times, and budgets in the case of students.
Inititial consultation – Free (15 minutes on the phone)
Regular sessions – £75 (50 minutes in length)
Single sessions – £110 (90 minutes in length)
Students in Training – £40 (Three places weekly)
Couples/Families – from £85 – £135
